We were approached by Pacific Quay to create all the animated maps and graphics showing how the 1918 flu pandemic spread across the globe for this one-off special.
Working with photographer Stephen Lenthall we filmed various table-top experiments to create the bubbling froth which emulates the bubbling and drowning death that occurred from Spanish Flu. This was then used across the animated sequences to show the virulent spread of the disease.
